Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser sends data to our server as a technical necessity, including your IP address, the date and time and the page requested. This data is needed for the page to reach you.

We have not set up an access log and do not analyse your visit. An IP address may occasionally appear in the server's error logs, which are overwritten automatically; we use it only to operate and secure the website.

Contact by e-mail

This website has no contact form. When you e-mail us, we process your sender address and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry.

We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry or the law requires. Please note that ordinary e-mail can be read in transit; do not send us particularly confidential information unencrypted.

Cookies, tracking and external content

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking, statistics or advertising services and loads no content from third parties. The fonts, too, are delivered from our own server.

Service providers and countries

This website runs on a server we rent from netcup GmbH (Germany); the data centre is in Germany. For operations and support, netcup uses companies of its corporate group in Germany and Austria.

Our e-mail is handled by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) using its kSuite service. E-mails may also be processed by the providers of the sender's and recipient's addresses.

Germany and Austria belong to the European Economic Area, and the Federal Council lists them as countries with adequate data protection. We do not sell personal data and pass it on to authorities only where the law requires us to.

Your rights

As far as the law provides, you can ask for information about the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, write to the e-mail address above; we may ask for proof of identity.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).

Changes

We update this notice when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
